We’re highly experienced and knowledgeable arborist and tree surgeons offering advice, maintenance and removal of trees in Bicester and the surrounding areas. We’re dedicated to providing a fair priced alternative to the larger established companies, we pride ourselves on undertaking work to the highest standards whilst always taking the greatest care for your property and always undertake the task in hand with a careful and considered approach.
Qualified And Insured
Tree surgery should always be carried out by professionals who are NPTC qualified and insured. Bicester Tree Services Ltd carries £10M employers liability and £5M public liability insurance to ensure your peace of mind.
Beyond standard qualifications, our team holds Unit 2 and 10 Street Works certifications, enabling us to manage traffic effectively and safely carry out work over highways.
We also go the extra mile by organizing power shutdowns when trees interfere with electricity cables. Additionally, if your property is in a conservation area or your tree has a Tree Preservation Order (TPO), we’ll handle the necessary planning permission applications for free, saving you time and worry.

Matthew Steele, a certified arborist with over 15 years of experience, founded Bicester Tree Services to offer professional tree services and have more flexibility in his work life.
Julia Steele
Office Manager
In between school runs and being a taxi service for after-school clubs, Julia manages the day to day running of the business so that Matt can concentrate on what he loves best – trees!
Matthew Loveridge
Trainee Climber
Matthew joined our team after wanting to find a career he could become passionate about. Matthew is fast becoming a competent climber and is looking forward to learning the ropes.
Tom Bisson
Trainee Climber
Tom is the newest member of our team who has always had a passion for working outdoors and a dream of becoming a tree surgeon. In his spare time Tom is a Scout leader and loves nothing more than inspiring the younger generation to enjoy the great outdoors and develop life skills.
